Anchor Counselling is a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC) and subscribe to their code of ethics and practice.
We are a group of voluntary counsellors who are either accredited or working towards accreditation with the ACC. Each of our counsellors receives ongoing supervision and training.
We are an inter-denominational group of counsellors affiliated to the Christian Fellowship Church at Strandtown.
We do not charge for counselling but donations towards training costs are welcomed.
Counselling is an opportunity to explore & gain understanding of your problems, to make changes where appropriate within a caring and confidential relationship.
We counsel in areas such as: Relationships / Marriage / Pre-marriage / Loss / Bereavement / Stress / Trauma Depression / Abuse / Gender issues.
