PAUL REID

Senior Pastor

Paul is the Senior Pastor of CFC. He leads the eldership and staff teams giving vision and oversight into the direction and values of the church. He is responsible for CFCs’ public meetings, preaching regularly on Sundays and at the Alpha Course. He teaches a class on Leadership and Preaching at the Source Leadership School in Belfast of which he is the President.

Paul also leads the LifeLink Network of Churches based in Ireland but with churches overseas. He gives oversight to a number of churches in Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. He continues, with Priscilla his wife, to travel extensively speaking at conferences and churches around the world.

GARATH BAXTER

Associate Pastor

Having worked in the Civil Service for a number of years Garath is now the Operation’s Manager for CFC. His main responsibilities include staff management, finance, oversight of events, buildings, Sunday services and Source.

Garath is married to Allison, they have three children Joseph, Ruby and Ella and Flora the dog.

HEATHER KENNEDY

Associate Pastor

Heather Kennedy has been a member of CFC for over 20 years and has a passion to see lives transformed through encounters with Jesus. This motivates her role as an Elder and Associate Pastor with responsibility for the development of cell, pastoral issues and staff and as a director of Oasis - our community development work. She has recently become a certified trainer for Life Languages - aiming to promote effective communication skills and relationships. Heather is married to Cliff and has 4 children.

PETER JORDAN

Associate Pastor

Peter Jordan joined the CFC staff in February 2005. He is Associate Pastor with responsibilities for evangelism and teaching/preaching.

Prior to this he spent almost 20 years in Shorts Missile Systems as an Engineer, then 5 years as a lecturer in electronics.

Peter has been married to Jill for over 20 years, they have two sons; Ian (mad musician) and Michael (mad sportsman).

Peter is an Elder in CFC.

HUGH JERVIS

Associate Pastor

Hugh is an Associate Pastor in CFC and he and his wife Aileen are founder members of the church. Hugh and Aileen have a heart for the Nations and have responsibility for developing and resourcing missions in CFC. While missions is his primary focus Hugh has other local church responsibilities.

Aileen and Hugh have been married for 36 years & have 3 sons 3 daughters in-law & 5 beautiful grandchildren. (At last count.)

AILEEN JERVIS

Missions Pastor

Aileen works alongside Hugh in leading and co-coordinating Missions within CFC. Her heart is to see everyone involved in Missions at home or abroad either by praying, going or giving and she loves taking all sorts of people young and not so young on short term trips to give them first hand experience of mission and catch God’s heart for the Nations!

JANENE WARE

Administrator - SOURCE

As the Source Administrator, Janene oversees course content, pastoral care and 'mothering' of all our interns and Source students.

She is married to Chris and has a daughter, Bethany.

 

PENNY TOOGOOD

Children's Pastor

Penny is the head of Children’s ministry with main responsibility for primary school aged children. She is a former primary school teacher and has worked in various areas of the children’s ministry for the past 10 years.

She is married to Andrew and has a young son called Ben.

 

 

 

 

MARILYN TOOGOOD

Finance Officer

Marilyn joined the staff in April 2006 as Finance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that all financial records and information for every activity of the church is maintained.

She has been married to Vernon for 38 years and they have two sons, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren.

 

 

 

 

JOAN GILPIN

Events Manager

As Events Manager Joan is responsible for organizing all CFC events including conferences, concerts, courses and weekends. Joan runs the General Office, oversees all things technical and is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings. She has been working in CFC for 10 years.

PAULINE GALBRAITH

Administrative Officer

Pauline is the Administrative Officer in the General Office. She provides secretarial support for the various ministries within CFC. She has been working in CFC for 9 years. Pauline is married to Frank and they have two children, Paula & Joshua.

 

 

 

CHRIS WARE

Caretaker

Chris’s role is to take care of the buildings and to support the various ministries using the church by facilitating their practical needs.

Chris is married to Janene, they have one daughter, Bethany.

ALASTAIR ROY

Director of Cleansing Stream

Alastair and his wife Pauline are the International Directors of Cleansing Stream Ministries, Ireland.  They are responsible for equipping and training ministry teams in CFC and are currently working to build more effective teams to meet the needs of a growing church. 

Alastair and Pauline have been married for over 30 years and have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Alastair is an Elder in CFC.

 

Paul Francis

Youth Pastor

Paul has been serving as Youth Pastor since August 2007.

Originally from a Marketing and Sales background Paul decided in 2003 to retrain for a career working with young people, which has always been his passion.

As a trained teacher, and experienced volunteer youth worker, Paul oversees the development and delivery of youth programs for 11-18 yr olds, both from within and outside of the church, and manages a team of dedicated paid and volunteer staff’.
